My work focuses on strengthening institutions—aligning governance, policy, organizational design, and leadership practice to support durable systems change. I have led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in politically and operationally demanding environments, partnering closely with executive leadership to translate mission-driven vision into coherent, sustainable strategy.
